All project estimates are based on the information you provide. If we discover additional work is needed once the project begins, we will notify you before proceeding with any changes that affect the cost or timeline.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of work.

All prices quoted are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Material costs may vary based on market conditions, and we will notify you of any significant changes before ordering materials.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated timelines for all projects. However, completion dates may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit processing, or unforeseen site conditions. We will keep you informed of any delays and work diligently to complete your project as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with a warranty on workmanship. The specific warranty period will be detailed in your contract. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers, and we will help you understand and access those warranties. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

To maintain your warranty, you must follow the maintenance recommendations we provide. Failure to properly maintain your deck may void the warranty.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property and any specific requirements for your project. You must ensure we have clear access to the work area and notify us of any underground utilities, property line restrictions, or HOA requirements before work begins.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary HOA approvals. We will handle permit applications with local authorities, but you may need to provide property documentation or attend permit hearings if required.

Liability

DeckCrest Pharr Decks carries appropriate insurance for our work. We are not liable for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked or disclosed. We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, sprinkler systems, or other property features unless explicitly included in the contract.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or postpone your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if materials have been ordered or work has begun. The specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your contract.

Dispute Resolution

We believe in resolving any concerns through direct communication. If you have any issues with our work, please contact us immediately so we can address the problem. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
